sharra frank orders and shipping

When can I expect to receive my package?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for US orders over $150. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of handmade and custom art materials, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

I’m local, can I come pick up my order at your studio?

Yes! Local pickup at my Minneapolis studio is available. Please send a message through the contact form and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time.

sharra frank mosaic frames

Do I need to seal the frame?

Not necessarily. The birchwood mosaic frames are designed for indoor use. Sealing isn’t required but can provide extra protection. If you’d like to seal the wood, use Minwax Sealant or a mixture of Weldbond and water (1 part Weldbond to 4 parts water).

Do mosaic materials come with the frame?

No. Frames are sold as substrates only unless you’re purchasing a full kit or additional supplies.

Does the frame hang on the wall?

Yes! All frames include hanging hardware.

Is the Exterior-Grade MDF really waterproof and safe for outside?

Yes! This special MDF has zero absorption and is the same material my manufacturer uses for custom signage in tropical outdoor environments with heavy rainfall. It’s an excellent exterior option.

Can I create a mosaic with this frame and then sell the mosaic?

Absolutely! Sharra’s mosaic frames are designed to support working mosaic artists who want to create and sell their own original mosaics.

Can I purchase Sharra’s Shapes to use in mosaic classes?

Yes! These frames make excellent substrates for mosaic classes and teaching.
