Hi, I’m Sharra Frank
Today, you might know me as the scroll-stopping artist who creates whimsical, feminine mosaics that are adored by hundreds of thousands on Instagram, but I didn’t always have everything figured out!
Over 20 years ago now, I created my first mosaic. I still remember both my absolutely love affair when I discovered mosaics and how many ugly pieces and failed attempts I made which ended up in the trash!
I was also clueless on how to find community. I was absolutely hooked in making mosaics. I lived and breathed it. But I had no idea how to find people like me who understood the thrill of of finding a rare box of vintage rhinestones and a stack of antique china at the thrift store or the surge of inspiration hitting you so hard you don’t want to take a break to eat or sleep because you’re so in the flow.
My goal is to connect and inspire all of us like minded dreamers, collectors and creatives through our mutual love of working with our hands to create beautiful mosaic art. Let’s use our cherished collections and new found materials together! We welcome brand new beginners and life long creators looking for a boost of inspiration and community.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve never made a mosaic before, is this right for me?
Yes, the Mosaic Membership is designed to welcome all levels of experience with mosaics. We have some members who are brand new and others who are making mosaics as a full-time career! We all learn together.
I’ve been making mosaics for years — will this membership still inspire me?
Definitely! Even experienced mosaicists find fresh ideas, new techniques, and creative inspiration here. Our special topic presentations and member showcases offer unique perspectives you won’t find anywhere else.
What time are the live calls? What if I’m not able to make them?
Our live zoom meetings are Wednesdays at 1pm CST but it’s once or twice a month, not every week is a live event. Live attendance is a fun way to connect with others in the membership but not required. About 10% of the membership attends the lives, most catch the recording. All the meetings are recorded and shared in the membership site after with an outline and summary of what was covered in the meeting.
What is the subscription commitment?
The membership is month to month or annual. Try one month if you’d like, that’s just fine!
Do I need to have any special tools or materials to get started?
Nope! We’ll guide you step by step. You can start with basic tools and materials, or choose one of Sharra’s curated mosaic kits for a complete, ready-to-go experience.
What project do I start with?
Sharra has several mosaic kits available in her shop or you can purchase the basic tools, adhesives and materials to create a project on your own. These materials are also available in Sharra’s shop or you can refer to her resource lists.
Will I get personal feedback on my projects?
Yes! In our live Q&A sessions, you can ask Sharra questions and get guidance on your own projects. Plus, you’ll benefit from seeing how she answers other members’ questions.
How much time do I need to commit each month?
As much or as little as you like! The membership is flexible, with recorded classes, live sessions, and tutorials you can watch at your own pace. Even if you only join one event a month, you’ll still gain meaningful value and stay connected to the community.
Do I have to share my work with the group?
Not at all! Sharing is completely optional. Many members love showing their creations and getting feedback, but you can absolutely participate, learn, and enjoy the classes without ever posting your work. This is your creative space — you share only if and when you feel comfortable.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
As long as you’re an active member, you’ll have unlimited access to all class recordings, tutorials, and resources in the membership library. That means you can revisit lessons anytime, at your own pace, and never worry about missing a thing!
